Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please let us know at Lashed@thelashstudiopa.com if you wish to return or replace your items) and we will take it back within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of your order being delivered.
Please email us at Lashed@thelashstudiopa.com to notify us of your return and our customer care team will provide you with the return mailing address.
Please specify your order number in the email subject line - this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.
In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at Lashed@thelashstudiopa.com

Private and Group Class Policies
Please note all class payments are non-refundable.
To reschedule a private class reserved date, request must be submitted within 14 business days of the scheduled class date.
