No-Show and Cancellation Policy
1. **Booking Confirmation**: All appointments require a valid credit card to secure the booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
2. **Cancellation Window**: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
3. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
4. **No-Show Policy**: Clients who do not show up for their appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
5. **Grace Period**: Clients who are running late are granted a 10-minute grace period. If they arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the appropriate fee will apply.
6. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will make reasonable accommodations.
7. **Multiple Offenses**: Clients with a history of frequent no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointments.
8. **Notification**: We will remind you of your upcoming appointment via email or SMS. To keep and confirm your appointment it is required you reply to the SMS you will receive the day before your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in an appointment cancellation.
9. **Respect for Our Time**: We value our clients' time, and we kindly ask for the same consideration in return. Our commitment to providing exceptional service relies on a well-maintained schedule.
10. **Discretion**: In certain cases, we may use our discretion to waive fees or make exceptions, but this will be done on a case-by-case basis.

The Lash Studio PA reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
